Weekly Menu Plan

Here's the plan for the week ahead:

Monday:  Tortellini soup, garlic knots (didn't make this last week, so we'll try again!)

Tuesday: Chicken, mushroom, broccoli & rice casserole, green beans



Wednesday: Spaghetti with bolognese sauce, garlic bread, tossed salad

Thursday: Herbes de Provence chicken, wild rice, cooked carrots

Friday: Linguine with Two-Olive marinara sauce, broccoli, bread

We have a swim meet this coming weekend, so I'll make pasta on Friday night so the boys can carb-load.
