Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Photographer

Photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand spent five years traveling six continents taking large scale aerial photographs. Many of the sights are familiar, but seen from this viewpoint become even more astonishing. His collection of photos can be seen here. What an amazing project!
